10 Questions To Ask For Customer Feedback

Customer feedback can be one of your greatest resources when it comes to not only your website, but your business in general. Asking your customers questions helps you gather ideas, suggestions, and accountability about how you’re doing. I’ve been thinking of all the questions we ask clients when they come in for design meetings, and here are the questions that I think are important to ask:

1. What did you want to accomplish on this website?

2. Were you able to quickly find the information you were looking for on our website?

3. How easy is it to navigate our website?

4. How can we improve our website?

5. What do you like best about our website? It can be helpful to know the tiny details that draw users to your website. Knowing how you made someone stay on the page gives you extra knowledge for potential future changes.

6. How did you hear about our company?

7. Why did you choose us as your service provider?

8. Is our pricing clear?

9. How visually appealing is our website? First impressions are extremely important for web visitors. It is helpful to know if your website is a pleasant experience or a stressful one.

10. Do you have any other comments, questions, or concerns? Asking an open question like this gives you a chance to learn about any random problems people might be having with your website that might not be super specific.

Do you already have a list of questions like ask your customers? I’d love to hear them.
